This billet aluminum wheel adapter is designed to adapt 5 x 4 3/4" and 5 x 4 1/2" bolt patterns to 5 x 5" bolt pattern with 5/8" fine or coarse studs. To install onto stock hub simply remove wheel studs, place adapter onto hub and insert bolts from backside of hub into the adapter. Complete with adapter plate, mounting bolts, and 5/8" studs.
